Our longtime art student, Xi W., is being honored as our November 2022 Student of the Month with an Exclusive Online Gallery and blog. Xi has been studying with Pastimes‘ founder/instructor Linda Wehrli for 6 years. 
(The proof is in her remarkable work!) Stay tuned for next month as we highlight and recap this year’s Students of the Month.
Xi has completed the following courses: Graphite 101, Watercolor 201, and is currently about to complete the Watercolor 202 Course. She will be moving up to the Acrylics 301 course next. Very exciting!
As Student of the Month, Xi is awarded a Virtual Solo Art Showcase and featured on Pastimes’ blog. On display are Xi’s 23 works in Graphite and Watercolor. Captivating drawings and paintings of seascapes, people and animal portraits, still life, florals and architecture are mounted on virtual walls inside a chic warehouse-style gallery. Xi chose the song Stand By Me by Ben E. King on Rhino Hi-Five Records to accompany guests visiting her exhibit. A catalog of the show is displayed below.
