We’re thrilled to feature long-time student, Debra F. as our May Student of the Month! She has been enrolled in art classes at our studio for 7 years now! Not only is she studying art, but Debra is also one of Linda Wehrli‘s dedicated piano students.
Debra F. earned her Classic Series Volume 2 Intermediate Piano Book certificate.
She has completed the following art courses: Graphite 101, Graphite 102, Oil Pastel 101, and Watercolor 201. Her beautiful artwork created in these courses are on display in her exclusive virtual art gallery!
As Student of the Month, Debra is awarded a Virtual Solo Art Showcase and featured here on Pastimes’ blog. On display are Debra’s 19 works in Watercolor, Oil Pastel, and Graphite. Captivating paintings of landscapes, animal portraits, still life, florals and architecture are mounted on virtual walls inside a chic warehouse-style gallery. Debra chose Alcañiz (Festival) by Federico Moreno Torroba performed by Andrés Segovia to accompany guests visiting her exhibit. Selections from the show are displayed below.
