December Student of the Month :: Heather C.
We’re wrapping up our 2023 December Student of the Month Blog with dedicated graphite art student, Heather C.! She has only been studying with veteran art instructor, Linda Wehrli for 2 years and has already excelled in the Drawing with Graphite Courses. Did we mention she’s also excelling in the Beginner Piano Course? Impressive.
Heather has completed the Drawing with Graphite 101 Course and is now immersed in the 102 at Pastimes:
As Student of the Month, Heather is awarded a Virtual Solo Art Showcase with a feature here on Pastimes’ blog. On display are Heather’s 9 exquisite graphite works. Luminous drawings of animal portraits, landscapes, architecture, and florals are mounted on virtual walls inside a chic warehouse-style gallery. For background music, Heather suggested some nice jazz. She went with Linda’s recommendation of Hot Club De Norveqe by Jon Larsen to accompany guests through the virtual walkthrough. We’ve highlighted some of her stellar work below, but please be sure to check out her Virtual Gallery for the entire catalog!
