August Student of the Month :: Penny K.

Congratulations to our August Student of the Month, Penny K. (age 8)!

For the past two years, Penny has been studying with Pastimes for a Lifetime founder and instructor Linda Wehrli, and her artistic growth has been nothing short of inspiring. During that time, she has successfully completed the Graphite 101, Graphite 102, and Oil Pastel 101 courses, building a strong foundation while developing her own creative style.

To celebrate Penny’s accomplishments, we’re excited to share her virtual gallery featuring 11 stunning oil pastel drawings. She chose the catchy tune, Count on Me by Bruno Mars to accompany guests throughout the virtual walkthrough. Her collection includes expressive animal portraits, beautiful florals, peaceful landscapes, dramatic seascapes, and more – each one showcasing her growing confidence, creativity, and attention to detail.
