Pastimes for a Lifetime Art & Piano School is proud to announce its first annual fundraising event for CoachArt, an organization that provides free lessons in the arts and athletics to chronically ill children and their families.
Founder/Instructor Linda Wehrli has had the privilege of teaching CoachArt students since the early 2000s when their founder first reached out to her. “It is a pleasure to teach these youngsters who are bright and eager to learn”, says Linda.
Linda’s art student, Miss Christine Ross of Make-up by Christine Ross, suggested the idea for a creative fundraiser where guests are invited to indulge their creative side with hands-on art stations, art tips and demos by Linda, beauty and make-up artistry tips and demos by Christine, delicious healthy food and beverages courtesy of Whole Foods and Mrs. Beasleys’ Cookies, art papers donated by Carter Sexton Art Supplies and music provided by Linda’s piano student, Audrea Ramos.
The $15 entrance fee goes directly to CoachArt. Purchase your tickets at the secure online link [link removed – product expired].
Adults and children ages 10 and up, accompanied by an adult, are welcome.
