Art Scene :: Nevada Watercolor Society Exhibit

November 28, 2016 Art, Blog, Featured 4 Comments

Every year on Thanksgiving weekend, my husband and I make the long drive from Los Angeles to North Las Vegas to visit family and friends. This year, while driving to lunch with my mom, we were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon the Fall Show by select members of the Nevada Watercolor Society at the Sahara West Library‘s Art Gallery.

This juried exhibition of original paintings reflect the unique and diverse expertise, style and creativity of the NVWS artists. The juror for this exhibit was master watercolorist Lian Quan Zhen.

Below are the photos of the watercolor paintings that caught my attention.
